Teams is "stuck"

Hi,

I've been working in the Teams enviornment with three other editors since July. Recently, one sequence being worked on by another member of the team is reading "view only." The other editor has updated/published, I've updated/published. We've both turned our systems off and reloaded everything (multiple times), but Teams will not let me into his sequence confining it to "view only." No other sequence that he's working on or any other member of the team is blocking me like this. It's as if Premiere Teams is stuck.  Any suggestions? Thanks for any help!

Hey there,

I am sorry for the issues that you are experiencing regarding sequence locking.  It would be interesting to find out why.  If you could please email me at nboerman@adobe.com.  I would love to take a look at that one system.  In the mean time, you could right click the sequence that is locked and dupliate it.  or have someone that has the latest version of the sequence duplicate and share it.

Thanks for reaching out. After a couple of weeks of this situation suddenly and for no apparent reason, Teams unstuck itself. This is a frustrating and repeated problem that I hope gets fixed as it has caused many work arounds and delays to a national project with strict deadlines.
