Teams Project is gone

Early in the week Adobe on my laptop informed me my CC subscription had expired (it hadn't, it is paid for by my boss who I checked with), so I logged out of CC, logged back in and all apps were available again. Sort of. I noticed in Illustrator and InDesign my Libraries were all gone. Now I just launched Premier to work on a Teams project and it doesn't even appear in the list anywhere. This was always my biggest fear with Teams in that I don't have my own copy somewhere. I looked in Libtary/Application Support/Adobe/Common... but that folder only contains a Plug-ins folder. No saved versions anywhere. I logged out of CC and logged back in but my project is nowhere to be found. Any suggestions? MacBook Pro v11.4. PremierPro 22.2.

I have the same issue. At some point, Adobe divided my account into a personal profile and a business profile. My license went to the business profile while my team projects remained in my personal profile. 

I've been in contact with Adobe support many times, but every time I get stuck in a loop:

  1. I explain the problem 
  2. They tell me to go to assets.adobe.com and look for my Team Projects under Your files. 
  3. I tell them there are no team projects there, on any of my profiles. (I am rather sure this is by design.) 
  4. They realize they don't understand how Team Projects work and transfer me to someone else. 
  5. Repeat from 1.

I have started my Teams projects over from scratch (if they weren't already completed. If I need to edit a completed project I am screwed), and I will never create a Teams project to share again. Such a great concept for our team, yet an absolute nightmare in reality.

    Hi Wayne,
    Sorry for your trouble with Team Project. When you log into CC are you presented with an option to choose between multiple accounts? If so, have you tried to log in using either account?

    To created a local backup of a Team Project you can convert your Team Project to a local project via (Edit > Team Project > Convert Team Project to Project).

    Thanks for the reply. Yes, I tried both accounts hoping it was in one of them. It wasn't. Any idea where it may have been saved or how I can retrieve it?
