you lose all labels next time you open the project

Same problem with the latest release.  Whenever you save and quit out of premiere, you lose all labels next time you open the project.  I'm working in Team Projects specifically.

The 2D and 2E recommendations above are definitely not a valid solution. This is a bug associated with the latest update.
