Has anyone experienced an error message? The PDF file auto-quit/ close after I press "Dismiss". I also reinstalled it many times with a different internet connection as well.

Hi @Ink29705985j8rl

Thanks for sharing the screenshot.

Do you experience this issue with a specific file or multiple?

When nothing works, Run this cleaner tool to remove the existing installer and application’s file traces:

https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html

Download the Acrobat installer from here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

Thanks,

Akanchha

Hi Akanchha,

I use the cleaner, follow by manual install and try to install using the creative cloud, still doesn't work =(

What should I do?

Sorry to hear that it still didn't work and you continue to receive the same error message.

You did install the application through the CC desktop app. However, I shared a link for the direct download link for Acrobat. Just once again uninstall it> Close cc desktop app> Document the setup from here https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

If nothing works, then

Please collect the Adobe CC logs https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html  share them by uploading them to cloud storage (any)
