Acrobat DC Pro "FILL & SIGN" tool - invisible when text, dot, or check is typed on pdf

Hope you are doing well.

The description given above indicates that there's some issue with the font color.

Try changing the color as suggested here:

If this doesn't help, the form you are working on is probably fillable, and its properties have the text field color, which doesn't fit here well.
