Acrobat DC Share and email not working Mac OS Catalina

We are sorry for the trouble. As described, Share and email tab beachballs and flickers.

As we can see you are using quite an old version of Adobe Acrobat DC, Please try to update the application to the latest version 20.009.20074 from the help menu > check for updates and see if that makes any difference.

Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing to share /email the PDF file? Is the PDF file is stored on a shared network or is it stored on your computer locally? Please try to save the PDF locally to your comouter and check.

You may also try to reset the preferences to default as described in the here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082?page=1 and see if that works for you.
