Acrobat does not work as intended.

To help you further, could you please let me know the version of Acrobat DC you're using? You can find this information by going to Help > About Acrobat. Make sure you have the most recent version, which should be 23.03.20284.

Next, please check for any available updates by going to Help > Check for updates. Afterward, reboot your computer.

If the issue persists, you can try repairing the installation from the Help menu (Windows only) to see if that resolves the problem.

Additionally, resetting the Acrobat preferences might be beneficial. You can follow the steps outlined in this guide: Acrobat Preference Settings Reset.

If none of these steps work, you might want to consider creating a new test user profile with full admin rights on Windows or enabling the root account on macOS. This can help determine if the issue is specific to your user profile.
