Acrobat no longer finds fields automatically

After I had to install Acrobat Pro new it no longer finds the form fields in Word document. Only the tickbox are recognized. What else could I check or change to have Acrobat Pro recognize the fields again?

 

Btw ( use the same Word documents as before)

After a reboot this morning and following the same steps as yesterday, using the same Word document Acrobat Pro decided this morning to recognize the fields. 

 

 

The sollution to my problem appears to be: Reboot your device before attempting to prepare a form.

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

 

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have version 22.1.20085 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

 

Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

Is this an issue with a particular document or with all the documents? Please try with a different document and check.

 

Also please share the document in question and a small video recording of the steps/issues so that we can try to replicate the issue on our end for more investigation.
