Acrobat Output Preview

Hi

I have a problem with Acrobat Output Preview, clicking into the preview pane to check the separations causes the page to enlarge to show only the top left corner in low resolution. Clicking colours on or off sometimes, but not always, returns the page to it's normal size. The same also happens if I have the Output Preview open and perform a Save As. Closing Output preview stops this happening.

I am running the fully up-to-date cloud version of Acrobat on MacOS Monterey 12.6.4 (iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015))

Thank you

I work in a busy prepress department at a commercial printer. One of the MAC in my department has this exact same problem. We have other MACs running the same OS and Acrobat version which do not have any issues.

I still have a case open with Adobe trying to solve this but at the moment they are offering no ideas. My current workaround is to flick the overprint button on and off which refreshes the page back to normal view but I have to keep doing this every separation ticked on or off.

No specific diagnosis but this has been solved by running AcroCleaner to remove all components of Acrobat and doing a fresh install. Re-installing without AcroCleaner did not cure the problem.
