Question

Merci

Quand ce bug sera-t-il corrigé ?

Parce-que c'est vraiment pénible.

Hello Amal

This setting has never been activated in my Acrobat.

I tried to play with it but that doesn't change the problem.

Another idea?

Hi JR Boulay

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, Acrobat Pro has lost the memory of the tools.

Are you referring to the Arrow when opening the application itself or when opening the PDF file?

The arrow that appears on launching the application is the general mouse pointer of the system. You may set the hand tool as default when opening the PDF files as follows:

  1. Go to Edit (Win), Adobe Acrobat (Mac) > Preferences> Accessibility.
  2. Uncheck "Always display the keyboard selection.
  3. Then select the Hand Tool.
  4. Close the program.
  5. The Hand tool will now be default.

Hope it will help.

Regards

Amal
