Acrobat Pro DC unable to deselect "share for review using Adobe's cloud storage" option

A user in our group has installed Acrobat Pro DC 2022.001.20117 and can't deselect the "Share for review using Adobe's cloud storage" option under Reviewing. All other options in the "Shared Review Options" area are selected, but we want to disable this first option.

What do we need to change to make this option editable?

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

Also, update the application to the recent version 22.1.20142 from the help menu > check for updates and reboot the computer once.

You may also try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082 and see if that works.

Thanks for the quick reply Amal!

This issue is not tied to any specific PDF and the default settings have not been changed. We're also unable to update to a newer version until it is released to us by our IT department.

Note that I have the same version (2022.001.20117) installed and I am able to deselect this option.

Any other suggestions you might have would be appreciated.

Hi there

Please try to get in touch with the IT team at your end and try to repair the installation from the help menu > repair installation and reboot the computer. Also, try to reset the Acrobat preference as described earlier and see if that helps.
