Adobe Acrobat 2020 Pro

Hi, 

After installing Adobe Acrobat 2020 Pro I receive this blank screen. I am using Windows 10. On my laptop it works without problem and on my desktop I always get this result.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.  As described you are getting a blank licensing screen and unable to accept the end user license agreement.

 

Please try  to adjust the screen resolution of your computer and check if that helps. You may also try the steps provided in the help article https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/cant-click-accept-acrobat-reader.html

Hi Amal, 

 

Unfortunately, none of the fixes worked for me. I tried reinstalling and so on.

What I noticed was that WinRar always started lagging when trying to open the downloaded Zip. Also the setup.exe could only be opened when I started a virusscan (Bitdefender).
