Adobe Acrobat Issues - downloading my cloud files. I keep recieving massage "Adobe's cloud storage is still working on your last operation. Try again later.", but later never comes. I have to find the file somewhat else and download it again to adobe. Now I try not using adobe cloud, because I can't get files off it when I need to. Has anyone else recieved this problem? I cannot figure out how to contact Adobe to get this issue resolved. FoxIt is starting to sound better.

Adobe Acrobat Issues - downloading my cloud files.

I keep recieving massage "Adobe's cloud storage is still working on your last operation. Try again later.", but later never comes.
I have to find the file somewhat else and download it again to adobe. Now I try not using adobe cloud, because I can't get files off it when I need to.

Thank you for your response. I use the downloaded software version, not the online one, but I do store my files online. I see that Adobe downloads the files onto my computer, but as a backup feature I save them on the cloud so when I restore where I left off the next day everything pops up easier. I believe.
