Adobe Acrobat Pro DC no longer editable.

Question

I purchased the pro version, as a perpetual product, back in 2015 and its worked beautifully for the last 5 years. Over the last week or so I've noticed that I can no longer edit with the error line 'this feature is not included in your current license'.

I dont know why this has happened with little or no help from Adobe.

Any help or advise would be really appreciate.
