Adobe Acrobat pro e-signature problems

For some reason, the Mac App version of Adobe Acrobat Pro e-signature function is not responding as it usually does. I've been using it for years, as recently as last week, have made no changes to my settings, but now it won't allow me to send documents for e-signature. when I type in the name and click the where to sign tab it takes me back to the start of the process. The online version is working but not the Mac app (Current version 2023.006.203360)

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

Please update the application to the recent version 23.06.20380 Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once and see if that works.

You may also try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082
