Adobe DC DLL Error

Hello All,

I have a brand new HP Laptop with windows 10.  Two weeks ago i started having problems opening PDF documents. I get the error "Acrobat failed to load its coe DLL" I've use the change setting in the control panel under uninstall program several times. I also uninstall the program several times and i still can't open PDF files. Your help is greatlt appreicated.
