Adobe Licensing Error Reoccuring

Ive attempted several fixes Per Adobe Support.
1st Attempt we cleared out windows credential manager of adobe credentials.
It reoccured about 2 weeks later.
2nd Support Attempt; Running Adobe Acrobat as Administrator - We selected Help > Repair Installation.
The issue reoccured 1 day later

I am curious if others are experencing this as a reoccuring issue. I have now contacted support for the 3rd time and awaiting a response.

This has caused significant operational delay.

Hi there!

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. We're sorry for the trouble you had.

I checked and verified your Adobe ID (email), which you have used to log in to the community platform, and see that your email is associated with an Enterprise account. However, I was not able to find any support cases. If you are contacting the Enterprise support team for Enterprise licensing issues, I would request you to please wait for the team to follow up, or you can check the Enterprise case status from the Admin console. Check these articles for more information: https://adobe.ly/4ph6omF

The suggestion would be connecting with the dedicated Enterprise support team so that they can continue assisting you with the issue.

Let us know if you need any assistance.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
