Question

Adobe not Converting WORD Documents to PDF properly. Entire pages are missing.

Adobe is not converting my WORD documents correctly.  My reports are in both portrait and landscape. The initial pages are in Portrait orientation, and the tables are in Landscape at the end.  When I convert the WORD document to PDF, only the Portrait pages will convert to PDF, and the remaining landscape pages are entirely left out of the report.  I have ensured Adobe and Microsoft Word are all on the current versions.  I am on Mac Book Pro Ventura 13.2.1.  I have used this format for years and have never had this problem before. It started this week.  Please help. I cannot change the layout of the reports I am writing.  Thank you.

I am having the same issue. Running MAC Ventura 13.3.1., Microsoft Word 16.72 (23040900),  Adobe Acrobat Pro 2023.002.20143. I've not had this issue before and were previously able to seamlessly convert from Microsoft Word to Adobe Acrobat with document page orientation in both portrait and landscape configurations.

Hi @Pieter23575336bocw

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that

Is this an issue with a particular Word file or with all the files? Please try with a different file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer locally and then try again.

Do you get any error message? If yes please share the screenshot of the same. Also a small video recording of the issue would be very help.

Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.

Regards

Amal
