Adobe sign produces the error ACCESS DENIED - You do not have access to this service. Please contact your IT Administrator to gain access. 

I'm using Adobe Acrobat DC Standard. This occurs when trying to upload the document. I've checked and my subscription appears to be ok and I can sign into document cloud no problems. Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Could you please share a screenshot of the error screen you are getting.

Please also let me know how you have deployed Acrobaton your machine.

I am having the exact same problem:

 

Adobe sign produces the error ACCESS DENIED - You do not have access to this service. Please contact your IT Administrator to gain access. 

I'm using Adobe Acrobat DC Pro. This occurs when trying to upload the document. I've checked and my subscription appears to be ok and I can sign into document cloud no problems. Any ideas on how to resolve this?

The web version doesn't work either, it tries to load the page but gets stuck there.

 

I ve lost all my day of work trying to resolve this. Please I need help to resolve this ASAP. Thanks

Hey there,

 

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

 

As explained, you have been able to Sign In into document cloud without any trouble. But this doesn't proceed further when uploading the document to Adobe Sign.

The issue occurs when the Adobe ID is being changed, but the Adobe Sign account is not automatically updated, if there is already an existing Adobe Sign account with the new email address.

Which means new email address hasn't been synced with the Adobe Sign account. However, it successfully updated on Adobe account.
