Adobe view Size increases to 3000%

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described the zoom size increases to 3000% after certain page and upon correcting the zoom level the pages don't show any content.



***I have corrected the Zoom level to 100% and the pdf does not show anything on pages 14-127



Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer locally and check.

** This is happening with only one pdf document. We restored the document to the first time it was saved the issue has persisted.





What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the computer once.

Please go to Edit (Win), Adobe Acrobat (Mac) > Preferences > Page Display and under zoom select the desired zoom level > Click OK and check

If it still doesn't work, please try to reset the Acrobat Preference to default as described in the help page - https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082 and see if that helps.
