After the second motherboard swap, Adobe Acrobat 2020 wants a new activation key, although only one installation exists! Support refuses to reset the counter. Basically, as the title says, I own and bought Adobe Acrobat 2020 Pro version. Thanks to Dell, they had to swap the motherboard two times. Each time, Adobe software is basically the only one that stops working. Now I cannot reset my key in the online portal as non-cloud software is not tracked there. Why the hell is your software checking the internet on each startup, Adobe? I reached out to support. They told me Adobe removed support's ability to reset the activation counter and I should go back and deactivate the license on the other computer. How am I supposed to do that with a broken motherboard? So basically, Adobe wants me to pay a second time despite I am not violating any terms of service. I am using only ONE of the two allowed licenses, but Adobe will stop working in a couple of days. This is messed up. Please fix this!
