AI assistant is not working

Hello, I bought and downloaded AI picture generator, and it seems that since I did this my AI assistant is not working. It just sits in processing document. I have gone in and cancelled my subscription with the AI picture generator, but it doesn't seem to have helped. I've tried multiple pdf's and it's just sitting on processing document. Any advise on how to fix this

Below is a link to an earlier discussion about AI not available in the desktop Acrobat. The solution was to do a clean install. Hope this resolves it for you.
