Automatic zoom

I have changed the automatinc zoom feature to the 100% size, however it always go to the automatic zoom. WHY???  How do you get it to stay off.  I do not want it on the stupid auto zoom.

    Why does the change I make when I open up Adobe Acrobat, click on the dropdown menu in the upper left hand corner, click on preferences, click page display and make the changes in the Default Layout and Zoom change the setting?
     
    Is this too simple???  Why all this messing around with the profile and subscription which has nothing to do with the page display???

    Sorry to hear about your experience.

    The description shows that whatever changes you are making to the Acrobat preferences don't stay as it is. Is that right?

    1- Update it to the most recent version. Open Acrobat>help>check for an update

    2- Reset preferences if an update doesn't work: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082#:~:text=Close%20the%20Acrobat%20DC%20application,to%20serve%20as%20a%20backup). 

    3- If nothing works,
