Can't edit documents

I have problems editing PDF documents, when I try to edit a PDF document, I get a gray box and a blue loading circle and it stays there for hours and does nothing else, then I put SCAPE and try again and the same thing comes out . What can be? Image below.

What is the workflow/steps you are doing to edit the PDF file? A small video recording of the same will be very helpful.

 

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs that you try to edit? Please try with a different PDF file and check ? If the file is stored on a shared network/drive, please doiwnload it to your computer first and try again.

 

Also try to repair the isntallation from the help menu (Win Only) and reboot the computer once.

Also, please try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.

Can you please verify what version of Acrobat you are using: Acrobat Reader, Acrobat Standard, or Acrobat Pro.

 

Please note: you cannot edit using Acrobat Reader.
