Question

Can't sign with a Digital ID/Certificate

I am trying to sign a doc with a Digital ID more specifcally a PKI certificate . I can create the block for the signature and Acrobat can see my Digital ID signature, however when I go to sign, the "sign" button is non functional. This function seemed to have stopped working sometime last month. I have Acrobat DC (21.005.20048) installed. Any help would be much appreciated

Please try repairing the application installation. In the application, go to Help > Repair installation.

Try resetting the application preferences using the steps suggested here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082

I have done both of these along with a complete reinstall, still having the same issue.
