"Can't verify Subscription Status"

Hi, 

I'm having issues connecting to any of my adobe applications. When I try open for example a PDF or InDesign, it comes up with the error, "We can't verify your subscription status". I have attempted the troubleshooting method, but that did not seem to work either. I am also connected to the internet so the issue isn't in relation to that. Are there any solutions to this problem, having trouble getting through with customer care on call too.

Sorry for the delay in response to your question.

This error occurs with older versions (15 or earlier) of Trend Micro as they restrict certain operations performed by Adobe Acrobat's protected mode.
