Question

Cannot adjust text boxes anymore although I can still type inside

Each time I click on a box to change dimensions, move, rotate, etc, I still see the various arrows. I can't manipulate any of the dimensions. I can still type within the created box, although my mouse won't drag and highlight text; I have to use the keyboard to delete words, for example.

Tried the repair installation to no avail. 

 

continuous version 2023.008.20533 acrobat pro

running on windows 10pro

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. 

     

    I have tried to reproduce the issue on my end and its working as expected.

     

    As you have the latest version and tried repairing the installation with no luck, please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082

    You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win and try using the application there and check.

    Deleting the registry key appears to have solved the problem at present

    Correction: It worked until I closed the program. Upon revisiting a different file and relaunching Acrobat, I experienced the same issue
