Hi @Groovyy29402655eltd ,

I hope you're doing well and thank you for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with this issue with Acrobat DC. I understand how frustrating it can be when technology doesn't cooperate.

To get to the bottom of this issue, let's start with a few troubleshooting steps:

  1. Is this a Recent Issue? - Knowing if this problem started after a recent update would be helpful. Additionally, please check if it's happening with a specific PDF file or with all PDFs.

  2. Try a Different PDF - If possible, try opening a different PDF file to see if the issue persists. If the PDF is stored on a shared network or drive, try downloading it locally to your computer and opening it from there.

  3. Check Your Acrobat DC Version - To ensure you have the latest version, go to the "Help" menu and select "About Acrobat." Make sure you have version 23.06.20320 installed. If not, you can check for updates by going to "Help" > "Check for updates" and then restart your computer if any updates are installed.

  4. Repair Installation (Windows Only) - If you're on a Windows computer, you can try repairing the installation from the help menu.

  5. Reset Acrobat Preferences - Sometimes, resetting preferences can resolve strange issues. You can follow the steps outlined in this How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to defaul... - Adobe Support Community - 4792082   to reset Acrobat preferences.

After trying these steps, please let us know how it goes. If the issue persists or if you have any other questions, don't hesitate to reach out.

Hello,

Problem still exists.

1. Is this a Recent Issue? It started when updating to the newest version of acrobat. In fact i tryed to switch my adobe different accounts (home license, and my office business license) and the problem is still is the same. My operating system macOS Ventura 13.5

2. Try a Different PDF - It is the same problem on all pdf files.

3. Check Your Acrobat DC Version - Newest version on different accounts instaled.

4. Repair Installation (Windows Only) - Done, not helps.

5. Reset Acrobat Preferences -Done with different accounts, not helps.

I wonder if other users issuing the same problem with this tool or just me?

Thank You,

Amal.

Hi there

This issue is known to the engineering team and is being worked on.

In the meantime could you please try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.

If it still doesn't work, Would you mind collecting the Adobe CC logs https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html and sharing them via any cloud storage? Just upload the log file to the cloud generate the link and share that link with us for further investigation.
