Check boxes and Radio Buttons Not Consistent When Zoomed Out

Hi all. I noticed that when I'm at 100% zoom or smaller, my check boxes and radio buttons are inconsistent. They all have the same settings, and I've also tried copy and pasting. When I'm zoomed in at >100%, this issue goes away. They also appear inconsistent when I print out the form.  I would appreciate any help.

Hi, thanks for the link. Unfortuantely, I have tried checking that option and confirming that all box dimmensions were the same, but it did not resolve the issue

It's a very old bug, and it's a safe bet that it will never be fixed.

I think that you mean that the appearance of the checkbox changes with the zoom level? If so, then vaitions in appearance are due to the rendering capabilities of the PDF viewer.   Acrobat does not always render fields perfectly sized and lined up when zoomed out (due to rounding errors when calculating the pixel positions), but your screen shot looks particularly bad. Is this Acrobat?

Yes, the appearance of the check boxes change with the zoom level. The attached images show the boxes at 95% and 105%. It's on Acrobat. Thank you!

Hi edwin_2865,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.

Please let us know if the form fields have been added in Acrobat. Could you please share the PDF with us so we can check? Also, please share the following

- Acrobat version number

- OS on the machine

- Do you notice this behaviour with all PDFs?

We will look into this.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
