Comments aren't holding text styling in comments on a shared pdf

When commenting in a shared pdf, the text styles aren't holding once the file is closed. ital should be ital, Bold should be Bold and underline should be underline.

    Hi Brian,

     

    Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

     

    Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrbat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 21.11.20039 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

     

    Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and check if that helps.

     

    You may also try to reset the Acrobat preferences https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082 and check the results .
