Converting word to pdf, It comes out blank.

Hi Guys,

I'm having issue with adobe. When i convert a word document to PDF. It goes Blank. Please assist.

all of us are using Adobe Acrobat 23.006.20320

Hi there

The new version (23.06.20360) of Acrobat is now available. Please try to update the application from the help menu > check for updates and reboot the computer once and see if that works.

Hi,

I am having the same issue and have tried the suggestions mentioned as well as uninstall and reinstall. Was working properly until around 9/6/23. Test doc & PDF attached. The 2nd page of the PDF comes up blank but the word document has info on it.
