Crash initialisation Windows Media

 Merci d'avance.

Hi @Thomas322296832thq

Hope you are doing well. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble playing videos in Adobe Acrobat DC. I'm happy to help you troubleshoot this issue.

Here are a few things you can try:

  1. Check the video file format. Not all video formats are supported by Adobe Acrobat DC. You can find a list of supported video formats here: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/supported-file-formats-acrobat-reader.html
  2. Make sure you're using the latest version (23.03.20284) of Adobe Acrobat DC. You can check the version by going to Help > About Acrobat. If you're not using the latest version, you can update it by going to Help > Check for Updates.
  3. Try repairing the installation of Adobe Acrobat DC (Win Only). This can sometimes fix problems with video playback. To do this, go to Help > Repair Installation.
  4. Reset the Adobe Acrobat preferences. This can also sometimes fix problems with video playback. To do this, follow the instructions here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082

If you've tried all of these things and you're still having trouble, please let me know and I'll be happy to help you further.

Thanks,

Amal
