Hi there

We are sorry to hear that. I have tried dragging out the page from the test PDF that you have shared and its working fine on mu end.

Have you tried repairing the installation from the help menu (Win Only) Go to Help > repair installation.

Also check for any missing/pending updates for the computer OS and try updating it and reboot the computer.

You may also try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described above and  see if that works.

You may also create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Windows and try using the application there and check.

if it still doesn't work , please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the link - https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

Regards

Amal

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to drag and drop the pages form the PDF to desktop.

I have tried to reproduce the issue on my end and its working fine.

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC and the OS you are using? To check the version of the application go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 21.07.20099 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) Go to Help > repair installation.

Also check for any missing/pending updates for the computer OS and try updating it and reboot the computer.

You may also try to reset the Acrobat preferences https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082 and see if that works.

You may also create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Windows and try using the application there and check.
