I can't preview your submitted image. It would help if you could place it inside your post so we can all see it easily without downloading and opening the file offline.

We'd have to define the "helping windows" before we can help you find a way to turn them off. 

What version of Acrobat are you using, and what type of Acrobat — only Reader? Or are you also using Acrobat Standard/Pro/Premium on your system. If you have multiple types of Acrobat installed, which is common, which version is popping up onsecreen when you want to read a PDF?

Adobe doesn't have a lot of people supporting its free Adobe Reader product. It has lots of them for supporting its various paid products. Adobe is not unique in providing superior support options for its paid products over its freely distributed ones.

We're willing to try and help, but we need more information on what you're experiencing, what Acrobat you're using and what system (I assume Mac, but not sure) and what operating system and hardware configuration that system has.

We're end users, just like you. If we have a better idea of what's going on with you, we'd be better prepared to help.
