I have a very basic question.  When I print a pdf file created in Adobe Acrobat 9.0 the labels will not print but are viewable on the computer screen.  This problem just started today and I assume I unknowingly changed a setting.  Please help!

On the 31st  of August I purchased, on line, for £19.33, an annual subscription to convert pdf files into word documents. The payment for this was taken from my account by Adobe  on the 1st September. Having tried to use this and follow all relevant instructions I continually receive a request to purchase the facility again. Neither does there seem to be any direct link for contacting Adobe to rectify this. No wonder Adobe is so wealthy! Is this a scam? If so I shall certainly dissuade my colleagues from making the same mistake.

My Adobe files have been frozen, apparently for nonpayment of my account. I have not blocked payment, and the funds have been available at all times.

PROBLEM: After recently updating Adobe Acrobat Reader to the latest version (11.0.10) I can no longer print from Acrobat to the Brother Printer. No problems from other software, just acrobat. I have had to reinstall version 10 of Acrobat to get around this issue. Not sure if it's something that Brother need to look at, or whether it's an Adobe problem. Does anyone have a solution?

I tried updating Acrobat but it is unable to do so because the contents have been modified, it wants me to reinstall acrobat. Was hoping not to reinstall, and I'm not sure how the contents would have been modified. Any info would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

Sounds like something corrupted your installation of Acrobat, what that something is or was, I cannot imagine.

That having been said, you might try repairing the installation first. Once inside Acrobat, go to Help=>Repair Acrobat Installation. When that finishes, you might then try to do the update.

Hi Dov, I don't see Repair Acrobat Installation in the Help menu. Maybe it's not available in my version?

Hello, my pdf file will not print 100% size on my HP Officejet 7110 printer. I'm running Acrobat X, Version 10.0.0. I bought this printer 6 wks ago so the driver is the latest. I'm trying to print borderless printing, actual size. I'm a mac user, system 10.6.8. Why is this happening?

First of all, make sure you let Acrobat 10 update to the latest patch version.

Secondly, in the print dialog, make sure you select Actual Size as opposed to either Fit or Shrink oversized pages. The actual size option forces 1:1 printing. The other options force the page to shrink into the “printable area” of the page, typically up to one quarter inch around the page, regardless of whether the PDF file's page(s) have any content on that area of the page.

It is printing actual size, although I'll try updating Acrobat to the latest patch version to see if that helps.

    Thanks Dov!
