    Changed from Adobe Export PDF to Adobe Acrobat Pro on10/02/14

    but have since learned am not able to use on my Windows Vista.

    I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO CHANGE PLAN BACK TO Adobe Export PDF.

    CANNOT SEEM TO cancel unusable Adobe Acrobat PRO. Am currently

    unable to do any PDF conversions, mainly because I am not able to speak

    to "business office" as I'm told to do on phone. Unable to transfer  to business

    office while on phone - unable to send email ?because it is full". So- what the

    hell am I to do to change plans.

    Can someone please advise me!!!

    Ihave Acrobat Pro 9 and I can't duplex print. I have a new duplex printer( Canon MX922) that prints double sided on every thing except PDF files.

    Does anyone have a solution?

    i have acrobat pro 8.1 got an update tried to print pdf  would not print says programme has stopped working- windows vista 32 bit -how do i get it working again ? my printer driver is up to date......is it vista or adobe causing the problem this support site is one of the worst i have come across it seems all at adobe are the great uncontactable will i perhaps get an email perchance????????@@@@@@

    Do I get help from someone from the company?  I have had this problem for a month now and am beyond upset.  I have been run around in circles here for over an hour.  Have done everything short of just taking the stupid program off my computer for good.  I can only print if it is not there.

    This isn't helping at all.  There is no choice for any of the number you are suggesting.

    Hi,

    I have Adobe Acrobat Pro v. 10.1.4 and i am experiencing a serious problem when printing my files. Actually when i am trying to print PDF, English characters in the PDF are printing garbled. i have already contacted with Adobe (by chat) several times and nobody gave a solution to my problem. To most of the technicians i share my monitor letting them over 2 hours in my pc looking to fix the problem.

    Without giving me a solution they turned me to the experts. So i beg for a solution to this huge problem which i not letting me print and letting my work always unfinished!

    Can I print all the pages (single click) with specific instances shown in the search window without actually opening the links individually.

    Not from the Advanced search menu in Acrobat but you could open Windows Explorer or Finder (Mac) search for your word, select the PDF files you want to print from the search windows, right-click, and choose "print". This will use the default printer and settings you have set on your system.
