Fields Not Visible in "Prepare Form" Mode

I can no longer see my fields in "Prepare Form" mode.  I wanted to sort them to the correct order.  Please see attached.  Grateful for any assistance.  Thank you.

    But the Fields List panel is missing on the right...

    Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, you can no longer see the fields in "Prepare Form" mode.

     

    - Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF form and check.

     

    - What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version of the application go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates.

    For more information about the updates available please check the help page https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html  and reboot the computer once after updating the application and see if that helps.

     

    Please try to repair the installation (Win Only) go to Help Repair installation and see if that makes any difference.

     

    If it still doesn't work please try to reset the Acrobat preference to default as described in the help page https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082 and see if that works.

    I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

    Version: 2021.001.20138

    I will try the solutions you recommended and see if that fixes my issue. Thank you.
