Fill and Sign Signature disappears when next fill and sign is attempted
Since Covid hit our company has been using pdf's in place of paper for invoice approvals. Our invoices require two approvals. On rare occassions, but enough to need to find a fix, after the 1st person uses Fill and Sign "Sign Yourself" to put their signature on it and then save and email it to the next approver, when the second approver clicks the "Sign Yourself" option, the first signature disappears. It is probably only 1 in 250 that we see this on, but now and then it happens and we are trying to figure out how to stop it. The person trying to do the second approval is using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (64 bit) version 2022.001.20117. The times we do see a problem with this it seems to come from people using Adobe Pro for the first approval. Any recommendations for a not terrible tech speak person to try would be really greatly appreciated.
