Font keeps changeing to unknow symbols

Hello

My client has a issue when editing a pdf on desktop one no issues but on desktop 2 when you edit pdf the font keeps changing to a Z@R6C7E.temp 

 

on desktop1

This is common when the font isn't embedded into the PDF at the time that the PDF is made from the source document.

 

Best solution: learn how to embed fonts into the PDF when it's exported from MS Word, PowerPoint, InDesign, or other authoring program. This prevents the problem from the start.

 

If all you have is the PDF at this point, next best solution is to force-embed the font with Acrobat's tools.
