form text enlarging when sending for e signature

Text completed in form sizes correctly and saves correctly. But when sending for e-signatures, data in the Invoice and Reason columns enlarge and ends up cut off.  How can I fix this please??

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

What is the workflow/steps you are doing to send for signature? A small video recording of the same would bw very helpful for more clarity.

 

What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.08.2042X installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

Also please try to request signature via document cloud https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ and see if that works.
