Hi, does anyone know how to prevent the loss of bookmarks after redacting a document?

I have spent hours creating bookmarks and pagenating a document. However, once I started redacting it completed deleted ALL of my bookmarks, and some of my pagenation. Does anyone know how to prevent the loss of work when redacting?

If you don't tick that box it will remove just what you marked, and nothing else.

Did you select the option to sanitize and remove hidden information? If not, redacting the page should not affect any bookmarks in your file. I'm not sure what you mean by "pagination", exactly.

    Hi, thank you for responding. Yes, I have now checked the box to not sanitize/remove hidden information. However, does this form of redaction allow the recipient of the document to still somehow access the redacted information?

    Apologies, by pagination I meant numbering and identifing the pages in each bookmarked section.
