How to increase size of text window when you mouse over Presenter Notes icon

Hello,  When I mouse over presenter Notes icon in Acroba Pro it appears to limit the number of lines of text to around 18 lines. To see the full notes I have to double click the Notes icon.

Is there a way to increase the size  Mouse Over window to show all the text?

Hi @philb1983

We apologize for the delay in response.

Looking at the description given above, it seems you are referring to the Comment notes. Are you willing to increase the size of sticky notes when hovering over them?

Once you add the comment note, Drag the rectangle box and extend the size.

Let us know if this is not what you were referring to.

Thanks,

Akanchha

Hello,  I can resize the Comment box by double clicking on the comment icon on the page of interest and then drag the rectangle box to view the entire comment.   However,  the next time I hover over the comment icon the size of the rectangle is back to what it was before  and that is not large enough to view full comment.

Is there a way to make the comment box larger so that when you just hover over the comment icon I can see the full comment?

Thanks for the screenshot.

Just try changing the opacity of the comment icon. Click on 3 dots of the comment list>Properties>Opacity and change it for sticky notes.

Also, as you say, the next time when open the file, it revert to the previous size. If it still happens, then

Go to Acrobat> Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once (you must save all the work before restarting)
