Question

I canceled my free trial and I’m still getting emails saying they are trying to bill me. I canceled the trial on the last day of the trial, before they tried billing my account

I signed up for the free trial and on the last day of the trial I canceled it in the website and even got confirmation email about it. This was before they started trying to bill me and they are trying to bill me still.

@motivated_speakerb182 since you cancelled on the very last day of your trial (time zones), it can take between 7-14 business days to get a refund. I would suggest posting your question (change it a bit, so it won’t be a duplicate in the Account, Plan, Payment forum, https://community.adobe.com/account-payment-plan-4

Honestly it’s fine, it’s only $10 and I’m super busy. I’ll just put the money into the account and let them take it

@motivated_speakerb182 Adobe normally sends a cancellation confirmation email when you successfully cancel a trial (or subscription) through your Adobe account. You can also check your online account, https://account.adobe.com/plans
