I keep getting the error Error PPKHandlerLmpl-83 and SecurityConsole-430

I keep getting the error Error PPKHandlerLmpl-83 and SecurityConsole-430, everytime I try to sign, or add a certificate, in a document in Adobe Acrobat Pro. I've seen people complaining about it online and one of the solutions I saw was using Adobe Acrobat Portable. And it's true, it works but it's unsafe and I get a lot of alerts in malware and AV tools like CrowdStrike. 

I've tried to uninstall the app and install it again, but the error persists. Recently I used AcroCleaner but the issue was not solved.
