Version 2023.003.20201 is absolutely terrible!! Who decided to change the UX and UI of this app? It was perfectly fine. Now it's unusable. How does one go back a version? I should have turned off my auto-updates. This is a very dissapointing update in every possible way. Would love some info on my request. Thank you.

I want to thank Kodak for helping me, they gave me instructions how to remove the current version and links to last years version. This version broke multiple plug-ins and so many other issues with how it ran. I cant even use any  Plug ins with a 4k monitor since over a year ago. At least last year the Plug ins would run on Non 4 K monitors. Adobe needs to be more aware of what the users needs are and work with companies like Kodak that have Prepress plug ins that are for printing. Adobe, let us know when this is fixed.

You are spot on.  It is terrible.  No one in our office can find anything.  Downloads are hard to access.  Ugh!  What a time-waster.

Thanks for the link to revert to 2020, it was crashing File Cabinet, once we reverted the crashing stopped.

Yes, please. Our company just lost valuable time and we have figured out most of the new placing for tools.
However, the dealbreaker is that I can no longer re-arrange pages just by click*hold*drag*realse. Acrobat simply doesn't acknowledge it
In like experience and frustrationafter I type out text Acrobat will not let me drag the corners of the box to expand or shrink it and can only select one word/line at a time.

Is there a setting I need to adjust? This truly is a disappointing change in so many aspects of such an imperative app at one time.

Thank you!  My god, what an awful update.  There was literally no reason to move the toolbar from where it had been for as long as I can remember!

Agreed, this is the worst update i have ever seen, took 20 mins to find the print button

They must have hired a bunch of ex-Microsoft employees who think things need to be changed for no reason.  Someone has to be just a pure psychopath on the Adobe team to make these changes.  They add no value and just ruin productivity with no upside for thousands, tens of thousands, maybe millions of people.

Hi All!

Hope you are doing well.

We acknowledge that the new Acrobat represents a notable change; however, we hope that as you get familiar with the new interface, you can be more productive and get more out of Acrobat.

We are actively working on any unavailable features, such as customizing the All Tools positioning or user interface. And we will address them with the highest priority.

As you get more comfortable with the new interface, please contact us with specific questions on tools, features, or functionalities. We’re happy to provide helpful resources and answers to your questions.

If your critical workflows are impacted, you can switch to the old UI from the “Menu” on the top left corner of Windows OS and View Menu on MacOS. We will follow up with a detailed community-featured post, guiding you to familiarise yourself with the new interface and regular updates on upcoming changes.

Too many changes made all at once, and not good ones. You made it so difficult to do basic editing, the font editing is bad, everything is bad. Options burried three levels deep into other options. I used to use Adobe in addition to other PDF editors because I found it to be very good at doing certain thingss, but I may just need to use a different PDF editor altoghether now that it takes me 30 minutes to figure out how to do one simple thing. Whoever rolled out this update should be let go.
