Ich habe eine alte Adobe Acrobat XI Pro Dauerlizenz nun musste ich den PC tauschen und kann die Lizenz nicht mehr aktivieren, obwohl ich die alte deaktiviert habe,

  auf meinen Konto (info@bpr23.ch) sehe ich die Lieznze aber keinen aktivierten Geräte, bitte sende sie mir eine neue Seriennummer, die die Prüfung nicht mehr macht.

    ​@Zesty_Enchantmenta05c I don't think Adobe can reactivate Acrobat XI and all older perpetual products anymore because Adobe’s legacy activation servers are no longer available. You can try and ask in the Download and Install forum https://community.adobe.com/download-install-615
