I am a Chinese user and I am a product manager. I need to integrate a tool on my OA system（APP side and web side） that allows multiple people to collaborate on comments online and export comments, can Adobe Acrobat meet my needs? Is there an open API? What development work does a developer do

    No, PDF files are not suitable for live collaboration. You can do a shared review and send each person a copy of the file to make their comments on, but they won't be able to see each other's comments.

    If that's what you need then use something like Google Docs, instead.
