invaid serial number when I install acrobat X std on Windows10

I do install acrobat x std on Win10pro, for some reason the installer was stop and than I restart my computer and reinstall.

But I get "invaid serial number" message when I reinstall acrobat x std on win10pro........ and seems installer remember my serial number when I reinstall, i even do need to type again.

any one could help??

Please be informed Acrobat X is not compatible with Windows 10 (Adobe Acrobat system requirements ), it may or may not work.

If you still want to try, please run the below cleaner tool:

- Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs 

Restart the system & then try to install the Acrobat X using the below link :

- Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X ​

Make sure you verify the serial key before installing the application : Find your serial number

    I have been try the cleamer Tool but cannot be fix.

    This fixed by the install wizard of Acrobat X std En(download version).

    This wizard found that my computer has previously installed residual information, I click undo and than all done. thanks a lot. ^^
