Issue with Adobe Extension Causing PDF Display Problems in Web Browser

I’ve encountered an issue when trying to open PDF files in a web browser with the Adobe extension enabled. When I download a PDF and open it in the browser, the file appears for a split second and then the screen turns white. However, if I disable or remove the extension, the PDF opens and displays correctly.

This problem affects everyone in my company who has the Adobe extension installed. As a temporary workaround, I’ve advised my colleagues to remove the extension to view PDF files without issues.

Could you please investigate this problem and let us know if there’s a fix or update available?

Hi @Zulu1983

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the troubled experience.
Could you send us a video of the problem or screenshots that would help us identify the issue on our end? As of now, this issue doesn't seem to be reproducible at our end.

Will be waiting for your response.
