Meine gespeicherte Unterschrift wird nicht mehr angezeigt

Ich kann seit gestern nicht mehr auf meine gespeicherte Unterschrift zugreifen. Wie bekomme ich wieder Zugriff auf meine gespeicherte Unterschrift?

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that

 

Have you started experiencing this issue recently?

What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.02.20736 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

Also, try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082 and see if that helps.

Hello dear @Amal.,
First of all, thank you very much for taking care of my problem.
The problem has been occurring since yesterday. On Friday I was able to sign a document with the saved signature without any problems.
I use version macOS Sonoma 14.4.1 (23E224) of the OS and version 2024.002.20687 of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Today I deleted Adobe Acrobat Reader from my MacBook and reinstalled it again. But that didn't help to solve the problem.
Is there any point in resetting the Adobe settings if I have already completely deleted and reinstalled Adobe?

Hi there

 

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights or enable the root account in MAC https://support.apple.com/en-in/102367  and try using the application there and check.

 

If it still doesn't work, please try to remove the application in the following sequence:

1. Use the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html to remove the application.

2. Reboot the computer

3. Reinstall the application using the direct link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
